The NextGen Program Leader College is a one-day intensive designed to strengthen leadership, equip teams with essential tools, and plan for an impactful year ahead!

We will meet in room 448, 9am-2pm.

We’ll spend the day building leadership capacity, reviewing budgets, mapping out the calendar, learning how to better use Shelby and the MinistryOne app, exploring how AI can support programming, and understanding how to submit media requests effectively.
